This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased through furpaw.us. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase for your pet.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- Pet beds and soft goods must be free of pet hair, stains, and odors
- Grooming tools and feeding accessories must be in their original sealed packaging
- You must provide a valid order number or proof of purchase
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted
Non-returnable items:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Opened consumable items (such as pet treats or chews)
- Items that have been damaged due to misuse or pet damage
Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at shop@furpaw.us with your order number and photos of the item's current condition
- If your return is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and detailed instructions
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging and attach the return label
- Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location
Return Shipping Fees
- Defective/Damaged Products: If the product is incorrect, damaged during shipping, or has manufacturing defects, we will cover 100% of the return shipping cost
- Customer Remorse: If you purchased the wrong item or no longer want the product, we will provide a pre-paid return label at no cost to you
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees on returns

Refunds
- We will notify you via email once we have received and inspected your return
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order. Once your return is received and processed, we will issue a full refund for the returned item.
