• Processing time refers to the period from order confirmation to shipment dispatch from our Orlando, FL fulfillment center
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed the following business day

• Estimated Shipping Time: 3-7 business days for most US locations
• Total Delivery Time: 4-9 business days from order placement to delivery
• Remote areas may experience additional 1-2 business days for delivery

Shipping Cost

• Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States
• No hidden handling fees or surcharges
• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee

Tax Information

• Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping destination and Florida state laws
• No customs duties apply for domestic US shipments

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States
• We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations at this time

Tracking Your Order

• You can also track your order directly through your Furpaw account on our website

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather disruptions, carrier delays, or holiday peak periods
